This course is for people seeking the full TAA04 qualification to undertake work as a trainer and assessor within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. It is also for workers seeking professional development in training and assessment practice.

This qualification is made up of four logical and sequential learning programs, designed to build your skills and knowledge to assist you to be a competent and effective trainer and assessor.
