The Australian Institute of Social Relations is a leading educational provider in family dispute resolution qualifications.

Due to the significant changes in the family law system, new qualifications and standards are now being developed for family dispute resolution practitioners. The industry now demands that practitioners acquire practical mediation skills, knowledge of legal context and a genuine understanding of the evidence provided by social science of the impacts of separation on children and families.

The Institute now offers the Vocational Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
