Hepatitis C and HIV

The Institute is committed to improving the lives of people who are affected by hepatitis C or HIV by delivering community education and professional training to HIV and HCV community-based workers and to other workers interested in improving their skills and knowledge in this field.

Our services are statewide and flexible to the changing setting of the hepatitis C and HIV epidemics and the shifting needs of people affected by the viruses, both at an individual and community level. We invite the meaningful involvement of people living with hepatitis C and HIV, not only through the programs we offer but also in the design, development and review of our services.

The Institute has two programs that are specifically targeted at education and training for people working in the fields of hepatitis C and HIV:

The HIV and HCV Workforce Development Program

PEACE Multicultural HIV and Hepatitis C Service

A therapeutic support program called MOSAIC, is also offered by Relationships Australia (SA).
