Course Overview

This short course explores the impact of homelessness and trauma on children and provides practical information about how to support children and their parents. Recently updated and re-designed, Child Focused Practice is a free, interactive online program, developed in collaboration with the South Australian homelessness and family violence sector. Offering knowledge and skills to respond effectively to children in age appropriate ways, we encourage everyone working closely with children and families, from across the community services and health sector, to complete the Child Focused Practice course.

At conclusion of this short course participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
