Subsidies
SA Government Subsidy
Some courses include reduced fees through the SA Government Subsidy. If your training is subsidised, the South Australian Government pays part of your course fees for you. Eligibility applies including Language, Literacy Numeracy (LNN) assessment.
State Government subsidies are available for the following qualifications:
- Certificate III in Community Services
- Certificate IV in Community Services
- Certificate IV in Youth Work
- Diploma of Community Services
- Certificate IV in Mental Health
- Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work
- Mental Health Peer Work Skill Set

- Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer
This is a process that assesses your skills and knowledge to determine if you meet the requirements for a unit of study in a course. Learn more about our RPL process here.

For subsidised courses you will need to provide photo ID that proves who you are and shows your address.

What is a Credit Transfer (CT)?
Credit Transfer (CT) means credit towards a qualification granted to Students on the basis of outcomes gained by a Student through participation and achieving competency in a Vocational Education Training (VET) package qualification with another Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Credit Transfer will only be granted for an entire unit of competency, not for individual elements of competency.
