Course Overview

This short course introduces participants to working with older people in the human services sector. This is an introductory level course and there is no prior knowledge required. Participants will gain an understanding of how to support Seniors across a range of program areas, including mediation, counselling, and case management. It covers legal, cultural, social, and financial considerations for older people, highlights available support services, and features insights from industry leaders. Upon enrolment, participants will have 30 days to complete the short course. At completion of the self-paced online course participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
