This short training course is designed for workers new to case management or those seeking to refine their practice. Participants will explore the principles of effective case management, including client-centered approaches, needs assessment, goal setting, and ethical decision-making. The course emphasises practical tools and strategies, such as documentation, time management, and working within multidisciplinary teams, to help workers support clients more effectively and achieve positive outcomes.

Come along to spend a day with the Case Managers in your community to learn and work together, to create a practice that builds your community up and supports each other’s work.
